Retreat from the tyranny of unlimited watersports to some indoor entertainment. A cosy room cum study is set back from the main sitting room, with a large HD TV with satellite channels, a selection of DVDs, and nice comfy sofas.

 The next room off the courtyard is a small gym, with bicycle and rowing machines, ballet bar and mirrors. Like the rest of the house, it has a wi-fi connection and state of the art Sonos wireless sound system.
